The APQC Certified Process Manager course prepares you to turn process challenges into measurable business results. Over three immersive days, you will learn how to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate operational friction, strengthen process governance, and align process with strategic business goals.

At the end of the course, you will validate your knowledge through an included, end-of-course skills assessment to earn your globally accredited certification as a Certified Process Manager that demonstrates your ability to lead process improvement efforts with confidence.

Certification Criteria:

1. Submit a project proposal
2. Attend all 3 days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3. Participate in team/group activities
4. Submit final project work plan
5. Pass an end-of-course assessment with 70% or higher
